One time while I was texting, my phone suddenly shut down and I couldn’t turn it on. I didn’t know what the problem was because I just bought it a month ago and It didn’t had any defects. I went to my friend and asked for help. He then told me to get the phone’s box and see if there was a customer service’s number written there. When I found the number I called it using my friend’s phone. An operator answered the call and directed me to a technical support representative. I told him the problem and ask if there was a way to fix it. He then told me couple of things I could do. After applying them my phone turned on again. It turned out that there was too many file in the phone’s memory. I just had to reset it. Good thing there was a call center for my phone, its great.
